Haiku Wars corrections
a missing "the", p. 66 "members of other camp" -> "members of the other camp."
WHO, p. 86 I got mixed up and wrote WHO where I should have written WHAT: "Muya runs WHAT like a Third World dictator." WHAT, for the uninitiated, is the World Haiku Action Team.
The great name mix-up, pp. 92 & 100 There's no excuse for this one: I gave the same character two names. Muya Akimizu should be, consistently, Muya Akibi. So, you should scratch out "Akimizu" on pages 92 and 100, and write in "Akibi." I did so on my copy of the book—and I feel much better now.
Pookie's, p. 138 Oops! "Pookies" is the fictionalized name of the restaurant in question. Soon before going to press (one of my last edits), I decided to call the restaurant by its real name, Coop's Place. Unfortunately, I failed to "search and replace" all Pookie's with Coop's Place's. So, if you have a copy keep in mind that Pookie's is actually a secret name for Coop's—then it will all make sense ... maybe.
White <--> Red, p. 149 I got white and red mixed up. The sentence should read: "Zat tied the white bandana on River, the red one on R.W."
Enlightenment?, p. 179 Very minor: this should be in italics to show that it's being spoken telepathically by the narrator-ferret.
Nothing's perfect in this dewdrop world. Still, I'm enough of a perfectionist to resent this fact, as evidenced by this very page, which I feel compelled to post!
