The first edition of this book, published by Buddhist Books International in 2004 (ISBN 0-914910-53-1), is out of print. However, a Revised Second Edition (ISBN 978-0-9859003-9-7) was published in 2013 as an e-book for Kindle and Nook ($2.99), and a Revised Second Print Edition (ISBN 978-0-9912840-4-7; $12.99) came out in 2016.
